The New Yorker Bauhaus Redesign

(2024) - For this piece, I redesigned the cover of a magazine page with the Bauhaus aesthetic. I chose to redesign the iconic first ever illustration of The New Yorker to make it match the Bauhaus aesthetic as closely as possible. I aimed to make the cover still recognizable, while also making the Bauhaus elements obvious. Made in Adobe Illustrator.
